Application for Membership
The application for
Membership is to be submitted on the APPLICATION FORM
attached together with the following supporting documents
(in triplicate):-

A letter of intent signed by the Head of the Institution;
·
Certificate of Registration;
·
Certificate issued by the appropriate accrediting body;
·
Letter of recommendation from an existing member institution
of IFFTI bearing the signature of the authorised signatory
of that Institution;
·
Documents (catalogues/ other printed material/photographs)
in support of the information provided in the application
form.
The duly completed
application, together with the supporting material and the
processing fee of USD 100/- is to be forwarded to the

Privacy of the Application Process
All reasonable efforts
will be made to protect the privacy of the application
documentation presented to the IFFTI Secretariat. This means
that matters pertaining to the application shall not be
discussed outside of the IFFTI Executive Committee and
General Council meetings.
Application Review
·
Membership applications are initially reviewed by the Review
Committee. The recommendations of the Review Committee are
forwarded to the Executive Committee for ratification.

Secretary communicates the result of the review to the
applicant and, if positive, extends an invitation to the
institution to attend the subsequent Annual General Council
meeting, where the applicant is required to make a brief
presentation on the Institution.
Thereafter, the General Council inducts the new
members into the Foundation after payment of the prescribed
subscription. The Annual General Council Meetings are held
once a year.

In case of rejection of the application, the reasons thereof
are communicated to the concerned applicant within 30 days
of the Annual General Council Meeting.
Membership Subscription
·
The annual membership subscription payable is as follows:
(a)
Regular Membership
US $ 2000
(b)
Associate Membership
US $ 1000
(c)
Corporate Membership
US $ 20,000/ 10,000/ 8,000/ 5,000 per annum based on
the
turnover of the Company
(d)
Individual Membership
US $ 100
·
The period of membership is for the calendar year, 01 April
to 31 March. The annual subscription is payable at the time
of joining the foundation and by 01 June of each year
thereafter. Invoices will be mailed to member institutions
by the Secretariat.
Attendance at Annual
Conference
·
Regular Members. Two authorized representatives from
each Regular Member Institution are invited to participate
in IFFTI Annual Conferences free of charge. Additional
delegates desirous of attending the Conference are required
to pay the stipulated Conference Registration Fee to the
host institution, at the time of
Registration for the Conference.
·
Associate Members. One authorized representative from
each Associate Member Institution is invited to participate
in IFFTI Annual Conferences free of charge. Additional
delegates desirous of attending the Conference are required
to pay the stipulated Conference Registration Fee to the
host institution, at the time of
Registration for the Conference.
·
Corporate Members. Two authorized representatives from
each Corporate Member Institution are invited to participate
in IFFTI Annual Conferences free of charge.
·
Individual Members. Are invited to attend the IFFTI
Annual Conferences on payment of Registration Fee at the
special rates determined for IFFTI Delegates.
